Boltaron 4330 is a proprietary, fire retardant, extruded PVC/Acrylic alloy for aircraft interior components that offers a UL 94 V-0 rating and meets stringent FAA flammability requirements while exhibiting exceptional physical properties. It offers Izod Impact resistance of 18 ft lbs/in. (953 J/m), significantly improving the durability of thermoformed aircraft interior components. It also offers other exceptional physical properties, extreme formability and consistent surface quality, and is available in an unlimited range of colors and textures. As a result, Boltaron 4330 is specified by the world's leading commercial, military and private aircraft and helicopter manufacturers, carriers and interior refurbishing contractors, for thermoformed, fabricated and machined interior components of unequalled durability and appearance.

Extreme formability: allows the sheet to draw readily to the mold, even into deep recesses and sharp corners, maintaining uniform wall thicknesses Gauges from .028 to .250 in. (0.71 to 6.35 mm), widths to 60 in. (1524 mm) and lengths to 120 in. (3048 mm) with custom sizes on request
