Boltaron sheet is available in unlimited, integral colors with low minimums, and in clear. Depending on grade, it is also offered fused with colored or clear, calendared cap films to impart color, UV resistance and/or abrasion resistance.
Boltaron sheet is available in an unlimited selection of extruded or calendered, monolithic substrates that are capped with film that has been reverse-printed with virtually any custom pattern including woodgrains, abstracts, woven-looks, granites, etc. Substrate colors are generally selected to match the predominant printed color, to render gouges or scratches to the pattern inconspicuous.
Boltaron sheet is offered in 16 standard surface textures, and custom textures with low minimums. Unlike manufacturers that only extrude sheet and emboss in-line using costly embossing rollers (limited textures, and economical in long runs only), Boltaron also press-laminates sheet off-line, allowing embossing of custom textures in short runs at economical prices, with short lead times.
