A New Decorative Composite Plastic Sheet that is Fully Compliant with all Boeing And Airbus Toxicity Requirements as well as Flame, Smoke and Heat Release
Newcomerstown, OH — Boltaron is pleased to announce the development of a new, decorative composite plastic sheet for the aerospace industry. The new sheet is positioned in Boltaron's 9000 product series and will currently be called Boltaron 9915 FSTH*. It is constructed in combination with Lexan** XHR6000 the high performance thermoplastic sheet manufactured by SABIC Innovative Plastics ("SABIC").
Boltaron 9915 FSTH* product is compliant with Boeing and Airbus requirements for flame, smoke, heat release and toxicity. Decorative effects and textures, such as metallic, wood-grain, pearlescent and carbon fiber-look surfaces, offered by Boltaron, complement the standard colors and textures of Lexan** XHR6000 sheet available from SABIC.
Dr. Dean Li, president of Boltaron, noted, "As a result of this joint project, customers now have the freedom to create distinctive visual effects using a fully compliant thermoplastic sheet material, with a small minimum order size.

Boltaron 9915 FSTH* product will be featured at the Aircraft Interiors Show in Long Beach CA September 9-11 Booth #363.
Boltaron 9915 FSTH* product will be sold globally and available domestically in the U.S. through Sabic Polymershapes.
