SIMONA Boltaron Hires Joe Borer as Quality Manager

We are pleased to announce the hiring of Joe Borer as new Quality Manager, based in Newcomerstown, OH.

Mr. Borer joined SIMONA Boltaron in mid-September. He will drive our company continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance to all statutory, regulatory and customer requirements.

“We are very excited to have Joe join our team. He is a serious quality professional and well poised to take our QMS and product quality to the next level,” said SIMONA Boltaron President Kevin Asti.

“I am excited to use my professional knowledge to improve on time delivery, reduce scrap and implement new QMS,” said Mr. Borer.

Mr. Borer is originally from Sheffield Lake, Ohio. He held the positions of Quality Compliance Specialist at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics in Cleveland, Ohio. He received his certification as Quality Technician from the American Society for Quality in 2016. He is also certified as a Quality Improvement Associate and Quality Auditor. In his personal life, Mr. Borer has a passion for sports. He loves football, going on runs and doing power and weightlifting.
