Initial Situation

Shor-Line offers a varierty of products that are made from high quality PVC. They were in the market for a lightweight, less expensive, easy to clean, material with a variety of color options and lower minimums compared to other manufacturers.

Task

Shor-Line wanted a material that offered a variety of color as well as texture options. They also required a scratch resistant material that was durable, easy to clean, and resistant to cleaning solutions. Lastly, the material had to be UL 94 VO rated.

Solution

SIMONA Boltaron® 4335 sheet combines high impact and structural strength, chemical resistance, and multiple UL and ASTM flammability ratings to meet the requirements of diverse formed and fabricated applications. Available in the industry’s widest range of colors and textures, Boltaron 4335 also features highly consistent surface appearance and quality. Those features along with our low cost minimumns, made SIMONA Boltaron a great, pet friendly option for floors, wall panels and other surfaces used to build Shor-Line’s pet kennels, grooming stations and other veterinary equipment.
