Angel Jewell Promoted to Customer Service Manager

SIMONA Boltaron is pleased to announce that Angel Jewell has been promoted to Customer Service Manager.
Ms. Jewell joined SIMONA Boltaron in December of 2014. Throughout her time with the company, she has eagerly taken on many project leadership roles to support the organization.

We’re honing in on new methods to get even better at this by tracking customer feedback, speeding up response times and increasing our communication methods. We are thrilled to have Angel, someone with such enthusiasm for our business and depth of experience, leading these efforts,” said Karen Brock Amoah, Vice President of Strategy and Business Development.
“The most important task that I’ll be responsible for as Customer Service Manager is ensuring customer satisfaction. We care about our customers and provide excellent service for them,” said Ms. Jewell.
In her previous position as a Contact Center Manager at Ameridial, Ms. Jewell developed extensive experience managing and handling daily operations in a high-paced call center environment.
Ms. Jewell says that when it comes to her personal life, her health is important to her. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She regularly serves meals to people in need with a group of her close friends, and she loves animals and helping people.
She said, “There is a quote by Zig Ziglar that says, ‘Be helpful. When you see a person without a smile, give them yours.’ This hits the spot for me. Everyone is going through something and with a little kindness we can make a huge impact possibly without evening knowing it.”
The SIMONA Boltaron Customer Service Team was named a Sales Support Team of the Year in the 2020 14th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service. The honors are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious International Business Awards® and the Stevie Awards for Great Employers.
