SIMONA Boltaron Hires Two New Customer Service Team Members

SIMONA Boltaron is pleased to announce that Dana McConnell and Monica Rennicker joined the customer service department in September 2021.
Dana and Monica are dedicated to supporting SIMONA Boltaron customers, creating quotes, providing important updates, and fulfilling orders.

In her previous position as an associate banker at Chase Bank, Dana developed extensive experience serving customers and handling multiple requests in a timely manner.
Dana says that she takes great pride in growing up in Newcomerstown, Ohio and has lived there her entire life. When it comes to her personal life, she enjoys attending the sporting events of her four children Noah, Carter, Makenzi and Makayla.
Monica has a degree from Herzing University in medical billing and coding, with years of experience as a customer service supervisor at Ameridial. Outside of work, Monica enjoys baking and participating in the local farmer’s market with her three children Wylee, Zailey and Aria.
