SIMONA Boltaron Welcomes New Product Development Engineer Chongfu Zhou

Zhou will join SIMONA Boltaron’s product development team to support its expanding efforts to provide a complete range of modern fire retardant thermoplastic material solutions to its customers.

In this new role, Zhou will be responsible for development, prototyping, testing, as well as long-term production of high performance materials.
Zhou expertise in flame retardant formulations makes him a vital asset to the SIMONA Boltaron team. He will support the expansion of the products offerings, as well as improve current materials specifications to key industries such as aircraft interiors, chemical processing, mass transportation and healthcare.

Zhou most recently worked as a senior R&D chemists at PolyOne Corporation, where he developed extensive experience utilizing chemicals, chemical compounds and chemical processes to create new products and technologies. His education at Georgia Institute of Technology, combined with his background as a research scientist and material engineer will answer the growing needs for new SIMONA Boltaron products that meets today’s challenges.
